Trust & security
Your money and your customers' data are a responsibility. These are the principles we build the platform on.
1. Store isolation
Each store is isolated at the database level (Row-Level Security). Even if you change the URL manually, no store can see another store's data.
2. Encryption
All communications are encrypted over HTTPS; sensitive keys and secrets stay server-side and never appear in the browser.
3. Transparency over marketing
We clearly state what is built today and what is in progress. Fees and delivery rates are shown as estimates until official courier statements are imported.
4. We don't sell your data
Your data and your customers' data are not for sale and are never shared with advertisers. We use them only to run the service for you.
5. Reliable infrastructure
We rely on proven infrastructure: a Postgres database via Supabase and hosting via Vercel.
6. You stay in control
You can export your orders as CSV anytime and request deletion of your account and data whenever you want.
7. Legal framework
We operate within the Moroccan legal framework. We are not a payment institution; money flows directly between the courier and the merchant.
