1. Service description

getakid is a software (SaaS) platform for COD operations: order confirmation, shipment tracking, and courier reconciliation.

We are not a courier or a payment institution. Money flows directly between the courier and the merchant; we provide only the software.

2. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for spam, in violation of WhatsApp/Meta policies, or for any illegal activity.

You must obtain your customers' consent before contacting them and comply with applicable laws.

4. Estimated figures

Delivery rates, fees, and net due are shown as estimates to help you decide; they do not replace couriers' official statements. Always verify final statements.

5. Subscription and payment

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. During the beta, usage is free and features may change.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, without express warranty. We do not guarantee it is error-free or that every figure is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Termination

Either party may stop using the service at any time. On termination, you can export your data before deletion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
